Family Quest Terms and Conditions

1.1 Registration:

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register and create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.2 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

2.1 App Usage:

The App provides a platform for families to participate in daily challenges aimed at improving family relationships and fostering positive habits in children.

2.2 Rewards:

Users may earn in-app rewards based on their participation and completion of challenges. The rewards are solely for in-app use and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

2.3 Social Challenges:

Users have the option to participate in social challenges and upload photos to their social network accounts directly from the App. By doing so, you grant YottAds LTD permission to use and display the uploaded content for promotional purposes related to the App.

3.1 Personal Information:

In order to provide the services of the App, we may collect and process personal information, including but not limited to your email address, social network authorization, number of kids, and kids' ages. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Photo Uploads:

When uploading photos to the App, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share and use the photos. You agree not to upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.

4.1 Ownership:

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of YottAds LTD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YottAds LTD does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided within the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

5.2 Limitation of Liability:

YottAds LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
